5 Years and Counting

On Oct. 22, 2003, I began my new job at AAI in the Admin department. Starting at a new job is always a little intimidating, meeting new people, learning new things. Getting to my new place of employment was stressful enough.

Yesterday, I had my 5 year anniversary at AAI, the longest I've ever been at a job. I've made it through office relocation, two different Admin supervisors, transfering to the Credentialing department with the best manager and team mates a person could ask for, a merger with another company, and a transition to new billing software.

In the past five years, I've seen the company go through many changes. Because of these changes, I have become a better employee with new knowledge to hopefully help me advance.I probably wouldn't have been able to do it if it wasn't for the motivation and push that I receive from my current manager. Her faith in me has pushed me to greater heights in my position at AAI.

Thank you boss for all of the encouragement and faith you have in me, and pushing me to my limits helping me to grow and learn all I can. Thank you to my teammates for their support and friendship.
